Yes, as the fire infolding itself, as wind in the fire and fire in the wind so is the coming of Holy Spirit across the land. Yet all is not well in the land that is the home of the free and brave. The Holy Spirit comes to quicken hearts that can yet be quickened before it is too late, before consciousness is saturated with such darkness as to be impenetrable, as it were, non-responsive to life itself.////////////////
You have heard of and you have seen that which is being placed upon the youth of the world as a cross, a crucifixion of soul before the age of maturity. Initiation comes to these little ones, and they are the true and free and brave souls who are determined to pass through that dark night of childhood and adolescence into the glory of a victory of a new day. Defend them with the sword of living truth. Defend them by invocation of ruby ray. That ray is intense love of a mother’s heart that cuts as a laser beam across sordid psychic aspects of the perversions of life upon Earth. Invoke intensity of love to seal these little ones and to dissolve all darkness and error that descends upon their consciousness as a plague of locusts in the land.//////////////
To whom shall they turn? Parents are ignorant of the Law of Life. Teachers are ignorant and duped. Where shall they turn? I ask you to call that they shall turn within and find the angel of the Presence and guardians of life and a virgin consciousness and mantle of the Divine Mother to be placed upon them as swaddling garment of light. Let them be taken then to etheric temples of light while their bodies sleep. Let them be taken to etheric schools. Let them be taken to these schools of light where they can unlearn what they are being taught on Terra and have reinforced the blueprint of fiery destiny.///////////////////
Give your invocations to Mary the Mother. Dedicate your rosary to the plan of life unfolding in the soul. Let them come where they will learn early to weave light of the chakras, crocheting a delicate lace pattern around the chakras as guardian consciousness of the Virgin, sealing the immaculate light of Christ and of Father-Mother God and Holy Spirit in each chakra for the day of victory and its appearance universally throughout cosmos.//////////////////
In these etheric temples the little children are taught what little children were taught in golden-age civilizations. They are taught the love of life. They are taught to expand the heart, to balance threefold flame and then to trace a sunbeam from their own heart into the heart of a flower to commune with elemental life. They are taught to see how love flows, to see the cause of love in the I AM Presence, themselves as instruments of love and the object of love--receiving that vibration, returning that vibration with thanks unto God. And thus the complete circle of the arc of love is formed.
And standing in a circle children toss the ball of love (which they must form by coalescing molecules of the mind), feeling the tangible essence of love received from God, tossing it to the next child and the next and next and returning that love back to the one who first received it from God. And so they learn cause-and-effect sequences of life.////////////////
Measure for measure as they sense the vibration of love and work with that energy they also come to know what it means to misappropriate love. For when they have that fiery sphere of consciousness in hand--because they are yet unascended, because they have their karma and their dharma and their past momentums they must also deal with forces of negativity within their own auras.
And the compassionate ones, teachers and house parents who guard the little cottages where they live, show them how irritation and anxiety and thoughts that are not purely of Christ will compromise that flame. They will miss the ball, they will miss the mark, and the ball will be atrophied because they have taken some of its light and put it in another matrix.//////////////////
And so these little children in temples of the Brotherhood and in etheric cities are learning daily lessons which their teachers on Earth through ignorance have failed to teach them. In the first year of life guardian spirits of these little ones teach them to meditate upon the will of God, upon the spoken Word. And they are given instruction through sound and intoning of the Logos by angelic hosts. And that which they take in to inner ear, the music of the spheres, they begin to release in spoken word, making sounds, imitating their teachers. They can formulate simple words and tones, vowels and the sound of the name of God. Every little child at the etheric plane can say the name aum. And every little child understands, without being taught, that this is the vibration of home. And they have the inner knowing because they are taught to see by many methods the white light in the heart and the flame blazing there.
And of course you know that we have extraordinary methods in our audio-visual techniques of transferring images to souls of the young and more mature-like at the etheric plane. And so we have many dimensions of matter and Spirit that can be portrayed, and we illustrate the sacred heart of Mary and of Jesus and opening of the door of the heart through love./////////////
And they see before them on the screen how the Cosmic Mother opens Her heart to them, and the opening of the heart is opening of the chamber of the heart. And they see inside Her heart the place of worship, the chapel of the Divine Mother. And they understand that compartments of heart (corresponding to physical parts of the heart in the physical plane) at the etheric plane are compartments of consciousness of the Father-Mother God for release of frequencies of four aspects of God-awareness.
And so little children have a special chapel that is shaped according to the perfect heart of Mary, that heart, that organ as it is intended to be in the blueprint of the etheric. And they enter chambers of Mother’s heart, and they go from station to station receiving and giving emanations of the Holy Spirit. And they are allowed to hear in this very special chapel the heartbeat of God. Hearing this in their inner ear they receive the impression of the rhythm of a cosmos.//////////////
And when they return to their physical bodies at the hour of awakening in the morning they have the impression of movement and rhythm of a solar system, a cosmos and many galaxies and universes within a cosmos; and they sense the rhythm of life. They awaken with joy, with holiness, with a desiring to be free and to strive for perfection on Earth.////////////////
And when they are allowed to frolic in nature at the physical plane they recall these experiences in inner retreats and they have the sense of flow. And by these experiences little children have a discrimination and a discernment; and they sense the harshness of the world and they know that it is not in keeping with the rhythm of life. But by and by as children mature they do not have the full soul faculties to remember these experiences. And if parents and teachers and sisters and brothers are insistent upon impressing upon them dissonance of the world, they will lose that sensitivity. And loudness of rock music as it is played is deafening not only to outer ear but to inner ear of soul, destroying hearing on the physical as well as etheric plane in that the soul’s hearing in etheric octave can no longer be transmitted through faculties to outer awareness.
In the second year of development in inner spheres angels of Jophiel’s band reinforce the light of illumination’s flame of second ray. And that illumination flame is for bringing forth of Christ consciousness and the yellow plume in its development and activation of the crown chakra, placing there a seed of Alpha that it might be retained in the pineal gland for the moment and hour of the closing over of that soft spot when sensitivity likewise will be lessened to delicate emanations of illumination’s fires.
Children rejoice in the study of the law of life. And do you know that their souls in the etheric body are much more free to advance in learning than the child that is at the physical plane, as it must adapt to its new body, its new environment. And therefore the soul in etheric temples, even in the early years of incarnation, may make rapid strides toward the victory of life.
Then comes the third year and the bathing of the soul in the retreats of the masters, in the love of the light of Eriel. The ascended master Eriel has a special place in his retreat over the state of Arizona for the tutoring of little children, even in the light and the sound rays for activation of the heart chakra and communion with elemental life./////////////////
In the fourth year there is the consciousness of Serapis Bey. And how the children love to march and march and march to the “Triumphal March” of Aïda, to the victory of life, to the ascension flame. And they feel the blueprint that comes forth from the white flame of the fourth ray--their fiery destiny, blueprint of life. And this they attempt to carry to outer consciousness: the sense of the divine design. And how happy they are when they can find a teacher on earth who will give them what these teachers in etheric octaves are giving to them.
Children by the age of five in the development of mind and soul have an innate understanding of the science of the Mother. They are taught astronomy, and they look at the stars and they understand the relationship of the stars.////////////
And then they are taught to read emanations of the stars as these come forth and are released by the solar hierarchies. And we show them in slides and films how the emanations of the twelve solar hierarchies cycle through a cosmos, releasing the consciousness of God. And they see how they can trace those emanations in varying colors through all of nature and trees and mountains, through the various planets of the solar systems.////////////////////
And they come to know which planets are representing the seven rays and chakras. And they can see very graphically before them how some evolutions who have chosen the lesser pathway have caused their planets to become a block to the flow of light from the heart of a cosmos. And they see very quickly how light emanations from the Central Sun can be aborted by freewill.///////////////////
Yes, I tell you, by the age of five some of you in this room have had this experience of being in retreats of the Brotherhood and studying the stars with Hilarion and with Cyclopea. Remember then how as a child you gazed into the starry heavens in the evening and you watched the twinkling of the stars. And sometimes, although you do not remember, just after passing into sleep you would go out of the body temple to make your way to the stars. And then your guardian angel would take you by the hand and draw you into the observatory of that retreat of Hilarion to show you coordinates of the science of the Mother and then relate the stars to focalpoints in your own being./////////////
And you would look down and look at yourself, and by that transparent photograph that is made in that retreat you would see the points of light in your being. And though not a word would be spoken you yourself would explain, “I am the microcosm and that is the macrocosm. And God is in me and God is in the heavens.” Children in the freedom of etheric temples have truly penetration of the mind of God.////////////
And in the sixth year they rejoice to visit the Arabian Retreat where Nada and Jesus teach them the life of service, of serving one another, taking care of one another. And they play house, and they play father and mother and children. And so they assume the various roles in life that they will have to assume on Earth. And they pretend to be the father and to take care of the family and to feel the pulsations of Alpha as these are anchored in the father. And then they assume the role of mother and of little baby in the crib. And how they love to play, just as little children love to play, to play house and to be all the different members of the household. This is in accordance with the teachings of Christ and of Buddha who taught their disciples that life is truly a drama. And the Great Alchemist, the Great Dramatist has cast children into various roles to play them well as alchemists of sacred fire.
And so they realize that aspects of Christ consciousness are for living and for giving of self and for receiving of greater Self. They play the role, and they know well how they will play that role when it comes time on Earth. And they see that each aspect of Christ consciousness must be fulfilled in service. And so they learn in etheric cities the relationships of life. And they come into the world and they return to their bodies, and sometimes they find the harshness, the cruelty of those children who are not of light but of darkness who do not have the light or emanations to propel consciousness to higher octaves of etheric temples./////////////////
And these who are of the lower order and who are offspring of fallen ones, they pass their nights in the astral plane. They pass their nights among fallen ones and fallen angels, and their training is not as children of the Sun. And therefore when they meet on the playgrounds of life there is the clashing. There is a miniature Armageddon that takes place. And there is inflicting of darkness of carnal mind. And so children learn quickly the game of life. And it does not take long for them to understand that all is not well in the land, all is not well in the home of the free and true and brave.
In their seventh year, concluding the course of the setting of the record of the etheric body, children rejoice and look forward to going to the retreat of Saint Germain, the Cave of Symbols, where they are taught fundamental instruction in alchemy. And they are given the hope and joy of freedom and freedom’s flame. And Saint Germain takes them, as Joseph of old, in his arms and tells them of what will take place in a world where there is a war--a continual war being waged for the minds of men and women, for the souls of children and even for their body temples. The souls are stalwart souls. They press on and on and on. And they trust Saint Germain. For you know, he has promised the little children that some would come to rescue them--angels clothed with bodies such as those you now wear, angels as sons and daughters of God already on earth.////////////////
Saint Germain has promised these little ones that they will find the path and way and truth and life and that they will find reinforcements for the fight for freedom, for right and for light. Saint Germain has promised. For he is counting on promises you have made, on vows that you have made before the altar of the Most High and before the Lords of Karma. For you have also told Saint Germain that you would not forsake these little ones. And by your word and your light Saint Germain has promised children of the world that there would be a deliverance, that some would come to set them free and lead them into the teaching of the I AM THAT I AM. And so here you are, the promised ones, sons and daughters of promise. You are here, and many children this night in prayer (as their souls take flight from their bodies) look down upon this conference and on the nuclei of ascended master students across the globe and they say with beloved Pelleur, the very God of the earth “You are our hope. You are our hope.”/////////////
And have you not also said the same in your heart as you have looked into the eyes of little children, their purity and their love, their freedom from all conniving and all darkness and deceit? And you have said “This is the hope of the future. This is the wave of lightbearers.” And you have gone your way. Have you asked yourself “How will they make it without the support of light and of my life?” Have you wondered how little ones will forge a way when darkness covers the land?////////////////
I was present in that ancient civilization in South America. I was there, I gave forth the warning to the people that if they did not give glory unto the Lord for every accomplishment of science and culture, the light would recede, masters would withdraw and civilization would go down and cataclysm would ensue. And they received the warning many, many years before the Lords of Karma allowed that karma to descend. And when it came time and the people had made their choice to forsake light and the Law (for they were confident in development of the carnal mind), then we withdrew as ascended masters with our unascended chelas, with those who would not give in to darkness and degradation. We withdrew to North America to seal that light, to seal scrolls of that culture in a place, the point of a pyramid now located in Colorado. And we anchored there the records of the ancient civilization.///////////////////
And after we withdrew there was heaving of the continent and tipping of South America. And that civilization was covered over by the sea, and that land became inundated and saturated with water for many thousands of years before receding of that water. And so still today there is jungle and very wet climate as that land is adjusting to karmic cycles and emanations that had passed over it in ancient times of that once golden age.
I am Casimir Poseidon, and the motto which we sought to instill in the children then we place today in the etheric retreats: “Learn to love to do well and you shall”--the motto of love inspiring creativity and love inspiring discipline. You must love your work, love your sacred labor, love your invocations, love your study to show yourself approved unto the Law of Life. You must love and love and love and imbue every action with that love. For every action is a matrix. And if it is charged with love, love will leap from heart to heart, from hearth to hearth. And love will be inspiration to freedom and to joy and to continuing on when all momentums of darkness so highly organized as they are today are as the oncoming of darkness over the land.
Let this land be returned to Saint Germain. Let it be returned to your own Christ consciousness, to your own souls. Claim the land for the Divine Mother! Claim the land for victory! Return this civilization to Saint Germain that little ones might have opportunity to fulfill their promises to your hearts. Even as you pave the way for the path for them they have come only to serve you, only to help you. They have taken that chance to embody on a dark star because they want to help you, because they recognize you as friends of old and as relatives and mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers they once knew. They come to rescue your souls. Will you not rescue their souls from spoilers, from archdeceivers, from tempters and fallen ones that they might in turn rescue your own from darkness that covers the land?//////////////////
There is a tremendous sense of cooperation among incoming souls with those who are here. They consider that you and they together are armies of heaven, following the Christ-flame and the star of the I AM Presence. They have this sense as they come. Will you not welcome these little ones to your heart, to your home, to your life. Will you not go out and seek them and find them? And make all of your loving and your living count for each little child from a day old all the way through to the age of thirty-three. Will you concentrate upon that span of life and pray for them daily? If you will, then I say, this conference is a victory for the Divine Mother and for Saint Germain. For just this many souls on Earth dedicated to life universal and triumphant can turn the tide, can turn the tide I say if there is diligence, determination, constancy, if you resist the temptation to slacken, to fall off, to discontinue those decrees that you have begun so enthusiastically in this conference.//////////////////
We shall see then. We shall see how souls respond in gratitude to the flames of masters who sponsor these classes. To All Who Would Cast Out Fear by Love:
The love, wisdom and power of the Brotherhood patterned after the Image of God bodes no harm to Earth or to its people. Our every wish is for the unfoldment of natural spiritual grace to the world and for the imparting of a permanent golden age to mankind.////////////
The karmic wheels that turn are of varying sizes. They orbit the world of the individual, family, business enterprise, community, state and nation. Islands and continents come under their domain; and the undergirdings of Earth according to natural order have their own juxtaposition of forces held in abeyance and hopefully controlled, thus making possible a peaceful lifetime for humanity over the landed area of Earth.
Few understand the correct use of prophecy. Few understand that prophecy in the hands of unspiritual people whose egos are fattened by fulfillment of their predictions can and does under certain circumstances produce the very conditions that have been predicted. Many psychics of the world out of hearts filled with frustrations and subtle hatreds toward humanity have predicted awful cataclysmic action upon Earth; but some who have foreseen difficulties are true prophets of God. Therefore we wish to examine for you some motives that are involved in prophecy.
Those who gloat over wholesale and wanton destruction wreaked upon lands and peoples may one day find themselves in a position where they will reap that which they have sown. Meanwhile the Brotherhood of Light, fully aware of massive psychic attacks that are being leveled against the stability of Earth and its peoples, continues to pour tenderness of watchful care and salvation to humanity from the hands of the Cosmic Christ.
Because of the conditions of mankind’s karma we are not always able to prevent destruction from taking place. It should also be understood that all destruction is not physical; one must consider the destruction of ideals and religious and moral covenants to be even more dangerous to civilization than wars and rumors of wars. Those who seek to destroy codes and systems of the world that have evolved out of dark ages of human history--from the old Babylonian Code, Ten Commandments and Golden Rule, Code of Hammurabi, Magna Carta, Constitution of the United States and other instruments of liberty--these would offer the world in return for its imperfect state one of nihilism and chaos. They are not bearers of beauty and happiness to mankind or to themselves, but they are harbingers of havoc whose name is Legion. /////////////////
Let me say--and my statements are not based on bitterness of condemnation, but they are born out of cosmic accuracy and universal records--that once life is understood as purposed by God to convey to each lifestream the wonders of its own internal security in the divine system, in the order of universal beauty and perfection, then to live life to its fullest becomes the goal of individual man for himself and for his world.
Concerning matters in California and elsewhere where destruction has been predicted, we wish to emphasize that even when the Brotherhood itself has recognized the threat of danger to certain areas, we have set about to do all in our power to prevent harm before it occurs. It is never the will of God to bring terror of falling buildings, death and desolation to little children, young mothers or the aged and unfeebled. It is God’s will that life should be fulfilling and beautiful. There are those who say that mankind, through their karmic violations, have brought disintegration upon themselves. While this may be true, we emphasize the fact that spiritual destruction through personal involvement in negative aspects of the psyche whereby the individual ignores the mandates of his divine Presence and the fulfillment of the will of God for him--thereby placing in jeopardy the very existence of his soul—is far worse than the destruction of the outer world.////////////
The scriptures have said, “Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” God’s Law as justice is operative at every level of consciousness, for He is both Law and Love. Seeing that the love nature of the Father is aware of the fall of the sparrow, it should be understandable that above all He wishes to prevent His children from becoming involved in selfishly motivated predictions that stem from personal frustration and unhappiness or grudges against the world.
Individual life is what men make of it. And whereas through ignorance and misunderstanding they often fall into delusions concerning one another and cast blame upon holy innocents, we are confident that you will understand that this is never the will of God. In the case of Attila the Hun who was called “the scourge of God” we find that his deeds were wholly malignant and in all things he was most superstitious; falling back before the cross, his end came shortly. ////////////////////
Yet regardless of perpetrations of deluded ones, the world has advanced through the years and continues to move forward toward greater enlightenment. The order of science has reached forward in giant strides while religion53 has fallen backward, lagging39 still18 in14 medieval35 superstitions60, in14 old13 encrusted37 hatreds30 and10 in14 diabolical41 involvements53 (=441=7 x religion has63) of12 horror47, fear21 and10 greed30 (=120=4 x greed30). To condemn the world does not prepare it for salvation of any kind. The real example of benign power is to be simply the Christ. This is to show the world the meaning of hope in the renewal of all men who can do likewise.//////////////
Let men learn then to do well; and let them not accept the stimulus of a wounded ego as the motive or excuse for creating chaos and destruction. Truly there are those who would destroy the Earth because they are contemptuous of life itself, and they resent the blows that have been dealt them. They do not understand the balance of cosmic law that clearly sayeth, “Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” /////////////////
If they would look within themselves first and thence upward to their Presence—to the Presence of God that uniquely belongs to them, the spark of their own happiness—they would find that the means of salvation lie within the domain of the life that beats their own hearts. And when the sparkling jewel-like radiance of the Cosmic Ego, the spiritual man, stands forth in his blazing identity to be seen as the reality of their own selves, as the truth that lives within them they will begin to pour forth universal love in such paeans of praise to God for the gift of life as to receive, over strong cables of light, the wisdom that will guide their every act. And as in the matter of Jason and the Golden Fleece they will begin to pursue their goals with cosmic diligence. We await the era of the builders, of those who strive to build up their own and others’ characters, of those who honor God and country, who understand the meaning of forging links of spiritual strength, who perceive the way of blessing rather than spoiling. Long ago the Father said “Woe unto those who spread malice between brethren.”
Truly our duty is to spread harmony, joy and cosmic effort. Let us unleash then the power of the young sapling of truth. Let us plant a tree, build a house, sanctify a life, cleanse a leper or even raise the dead if our faith be great enough. Above all let us institute constructivism for the world and ignore those prophecies that are born of fear, for they have torment. On the other hand let men not ignore God; for He is the hope of the Earth, and His goodness spread abroad in the lives of countless millions will enable fulfillment of these prophecies of beauty to occur.///////////////
Let men predict beautiful things. Let them dwell in the tents of the Lord who is the goodly Tentmaker. He spreadeth His canopy over the whole Earth, and He filleth consciousness with good things. How rich is His bounty and how mighty are His judgments. Truly men should trust in Him. The question remains therefore, beloved: how will you define your assistance to incoming children who come to an age that has great weight of karma? How will they deal with issues of their time? How will you lead them to carry with them the past history of civilizations upon which all has been built through these many thousands of years?
So we see another generation. We see different souls. We see souls of great light and souls who still come bearing a heavy karma. If you do not dedicate yourselves to caring for children, as Saint Germain has said, as the Messenger has said time and again, then will these children become fierce, form armies, militias, move against established citizenry, established customs? What shall be the eventuality if all that has been seen in the astrology of the three and a half years to come is not changed? That becomes a question, beloved. But I will assure you of one thing: that every ascended master connected with this planet and many from other systems of worlds have gathered to help you figure out this conundrum.////////////////
Thus I ask you to call upon the all-seeing Eye of God. Let 144 Cyclopeas be given ere this conference is sealed. For everyone shall have an opening, small or large in seeing what is within themselves that is not acceptable, what is among youth that is not acceptable, what is going on among nations that is not acceptable.//////////////////
It is time to look even beyond the three and a half years, to look at the future of what the new generations not only shall become but what they shall inherit. I come with a plea therefore that you might give your call for the youth of the world, that you might give decrees that will assist them, especially Astreas, beloved ones, naming all whom you know and all other teens or younger children throughout the world, depending on which among these children are under your care. Now, beloved, you have a vision, you have a teaching. Many young people can understand this teaching. Break the bread of life with them. Break the bread of life of the Holy Spirit./////////////////

This is the time, beloved, when you can make things happen. “Work while you have the light” are the words of your Savior Jesus Christ, “for when the night is come no man can work.” Perhaps Jesus was also prophesying to these end times when there should be night and a continuation of night--night in terms of people's lack of understanding, lack of resources, lack of a realization of what is upon them until night has come, until darkness has descended.
Most notably you have heard of the three days of darkness. Will it come to pass? Or will so many keepers of the flame in the world carry such torches of violet fire that that blackness of night may be lessened into a grayness where one may still barely see and not as in total darkness?
