The common people and more matter-of- fact and common sense variety of language can be contrasted to sophisticated language. Orwell as well as Jesus as well as Aesop were able to handle the contrast, were aware of the subtleties. The actual aenlightened ones know how to get contributions to life into foundational terms and concepts, avoiding sophisticated legalisms, double-speak and strange innuendoes and hidden loopholes. To conceal, contrive, divert, confuse, connive, control with subtlety, to speak politician language, to subvert the clarity and honesty innate in communication and understanding, yes, this is a subtle black art practised across the world by some. It is used to keep an upper hand, to gain and keep advantage, to dominate, to whitewash, to deter the public from awakening to the gameworld underway. Words can be used with a subtle tone or voice inflection, rather like subtle ways of dealing cards, rolling dice or doing genetic stuff or doing big money stuff.
